We’re pleased to share some information about one of our fundraising programs at St. Maximilian Kolbe. It’s called “Gift Card Program”, and it’s the fundraising program that works while you shop.
The Gift Card Program invites local businesses to offer their gift cards to our parishioner and in return the businesses give a percentage back to the parish. They’re the same gift cards that you buy at the store. Some popular retailers in our gift card program include ShopRite, Acme, Tuckahoe, Crap Trap and many others.
Gift Card Program is simple — participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish at a discount. You buy the gift cards for full face value and redeem them for full face value. St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish keeps the difference as revenue.
You earn money for St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish without spending a single additional penny. And the gift cards can be used for just about any household purchase including food, entertainment and dining out.
We keep all gift cards from our local retailers, plus some other popular retailer’s on-hand in the parish office. For your convenience we also sell gift cards after all Masses on Saturday and Sunday.
