SAINT MAXIMILIAN HELPERS
Saint Maximilian Helpers are parishioners who volunteer to help fellow parishioners with a variety of tasks such as rides to medical appointments; Mass or confession; running errands; shoveling your steps and sidewalk; putting out the trash; vaccination appointment scheduling and transport; occasional meals; laundry; help with setting up live-streaming of the Mass on your computer; and friendly visiting by telephone.
We believe we are now able to serve adults 18 and older throughout the entire parish. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to meet every need, but we will certainly try our best.
Parishioners who would like some help or telephone visiting, need to opt-in by completing a form. Then, a helper is assigned to them.
Right now, there are no in-person meetings for volunteers. We stay in touch by phone and email. More volunteers are gladly welcomed!
